Position: Testing and Commissioning ManagerLocation: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaProject Scope: Fiber Pipeline ConstructionJob Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Testing and Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of utility networks, pump stations, and sea water cooling pipelines for our fiber pipeline construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a detailed understanding of industrial project commissioning and a strong track record in leadership.Responsibilities:Lead the testing and commissioning phases of industrial projects, focusing on utility networks, pump stations, and sea water cooling pipelines.Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure all systems and components meet project specifications and performance criteria.Supervise and coordinate with project teams to conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and validate system performance.Manage documentation of commissioning processes and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Provide training and guidance to commissioning teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adherence to safety protocols.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to achieve seamless project execution.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in construction and commissioning of industrial projects, including utility networks, pump stations, and sea water cooling pipelines.At least seven (07) years of supervisory experience in a testing and commissioning managerial role.Proven experience in the testing and commissioning of utility networks within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.Fluent in written and spoken English.Qualifications:Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proficient in the use of commissioning software and diagnostic tools.Exceptional communication and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
