The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a coherent digital product strategy for the company, taking into account user insights, the competitive landscape and the business' growth objectives.Create and take responsibility for the short and long-term digital product roadmap for the company.Lead efforts to develop an exceptional, best-in-class user experience.Set the product management standards for the company and work closely with other team members to implement these standards across all related initiatives.Implement design thinking, rapid prototyping, and the sprint process against all product development efforts.Design and participate in user research sessions in order to translate user insights and pain points into meaningful product designs.Work closely with engineers, marketers, and contractors to build and deliver effective digital products.Track and share progress against KPIs (users, conversion, recurring, churn, user feedback, etc.).QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
