This role is to be based in our client’s office in Saudi Arabia.As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities within our organization, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. You will manage a team of Quality engineers and inspectors, develop quality procedures, and implement inspection programs to maintain high standards of quality and reliability for our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Quality policies and procedures in compliance with client standards.Plan and conduct Quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications and requirements.Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Set KPI’s across projects and portfolios.Prepare a yearly Quality plan and ensure proper implementation.Create a culture of Quality within the office.Ensure Lessons learned are fully understood at project start-up.Automate Engineering Quality checks.Manage and mentor a team of Quality engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss quality-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess their capability to meet quality requirements.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s in Engineering. Solid experience in Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.Experience working on Engineering & Construction projects.Previous experience working in the Engineering department is a must.Able to deliver planned strategies while maintaining client relationships.Strong problem-solving abilities.Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.BenefitsCompetitive Tax-free expat package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
