This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the CRM system enhances customer relationships, supports business objectives, and drives operational efficiency.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CRM system within the IT infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop CRM solutions that meet those needs.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system, implementing data governance best practices.Develop and implement CRM best practices, processes, and guidelines tailored to the IT environment.Monitor and evaluate CRM performance, providing technical recommendations for improvements.Train and support users on CRM functionalities and best practices, focusing on technical integration and usage.Create and maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and workflows, ensuring alignment with IT standards.Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices, and integrate them into the IT framework.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of related experience.Experience in data analysis and reporting within an IT environment.Certification in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their technical aspects.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
