For further information about this position please apply.The Executive Director of Corporate Communications and Market Intelligence is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s communication strategy and overseeing market intelligence functions. This position will lead efforts to enhance the company’s reputation, brand image, and market positioning while ensuring that decision-makers have access to critical market insights. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic communication expertise and deep knowledge of market analysis, enabling them to drive impactful communication initiatives and support the company’s growth and competitiveness.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.Brand Management: Ensure the company’s brand is consistently represented across all platforms and communications.Market Intelligence: Lead the market intelligence function, providing insights into market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry developments.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, investors, industry associations, and government agencies.Crisis Communication and Reputation Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage potential risks to the company’s reputation.Internal Communications: Lead internal communication initiatives to ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s mission and goals.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of communication and market intelligence professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or market intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a corporate environment.Experience in market intelligence, with a strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.Skills:Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.This role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels in both corporate communications and market intelligence, with a passion for driving brand success and market leadership.
