This is a rare opportunity to drive the growth and success of a $Multi-Billion real estate venture in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the successful development and management of hospitality projects within the master planned development.- Lead the overall vision, direction, and execution of real estate development activities, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and long-term vision.Project Development:- Oversee the end-to-end development process for hospitality projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery.- Provide guidance and direction to project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Evaluate project feasibility, conduct financial analysis, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project performance and ROI.Asset Management:- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of existing hospitality assets within the master planned development.- Oversee leasing, operations, and tenant relations, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, rental income, and tenant satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for asset enhancement and value creation.Stakeholder Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, investors, partners, and tenants.- Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and industry forums, advocating for the company's interests and objectives.Financial Management:- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial forecasts for hospitality projects and assets.- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets and objectives.Compliance and Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, zoning regulations, and industry standards for real estate development and asset management.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and asset operations, implementing robust risk management strategies and controls.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
