And that’s where you comein.Khobar, Saudi Arabia (On-Site)Our Deployment team in Hitachi Rail GTS Saudi Arabia is growing!Job ObjectivePrepare and execute the installation of the delivered equipment(s) and system(s).Execute Level 1 preventive and corrective maintenance activities and support the engineers for Level 2 and Level 3 preventive and corrective maintenance activities.What will your responsibilities be?As part of a team, contribute to project deployment and maintenance activities;Performs site surveys and contributes to Site Readiness ReviewVerifies that assigned work is in accordance with Customer requirements and is consistent with installation scheduleTakes part effectively in Customer equipment’s installation and configuration, unit testing, verification, preparation for putting into operationIdentifies and solves problems in a timely and cost-effective mannerPromptly informs the Installation engineer about any case when installation and testing activity is not carried out properlyRecords the results of test activities in measurements sheets and prepares suitable reportsProvides technical support to Customer, Thales or subcontractor teams for installation related issuesAssists Post Installation Check Out (PICO) and tests and commissioning activities as required, in coordination and cooperation with involved teamsContributes to the activities of Thales technical specialists to perform integration testing, trouble shooting and commissioning testing when requiredEnsures the quality, security and suitability of all work performedTest and Measurement Equipment calibrationDaily reporting of system operational issues identification and PCR creationSystem monitoring through various monitoring tools and report on any deviation or defectsWhat are we looking for?Knowledge and experience on Transportation Security systems installations and maintenance (Communication and Signaling Systems)Diploma inElectronic or Communications is must and should be certified by Saudi Engineering of Council (SEC)Ability to demonstrate installation, commissioning & troubleshooting techniques.Performs basic configurations and knowledge on System configurationsAble to calibrate and hands on electronic tools to perform installation activitiesAble to perform preventive maintenanceAble to prepare technical reportsThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
