Your expertise will be crucial in determining methods and solutions for complex engineering challenges, ensuring the most efficient and economical approaches are employed to meet objectives.Responsibilities:Act as a thought leader at regional to global levels, contributing insights and expertise to support the company’s promise of being a straight-talking partner for sustainable transformation.Mentor and train team members, supporting the company’s emphasis on growth and development within the organization.Participate in project execution strategy and planning, ensuring alignment.Implement innovative solutions and technology advances to address challenges, driving the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable change.Gather data and prepare engineering studies, aligning with the company’s data-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Create final documentation incorporating relevant information, contributing to the company’s commitment to transparency and accountability.Incorporate information into equipment/material specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions, supporting the company’s standardization efforts.Participate in bid clarifications, aligning with the company’s commitment to delivering excellence in project execution.Participate in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews, aligning with the company’s commitment to delivering projects that are viable throughout their lifecycle.Work with site personnel to resolve issues, contributing to the company’s hands-on and customer-centric approach to project delivery.Skills / Qualifications:Holds a 4 or 5-year technical degree in science or engineering.Maintains active licensing with local engineering governing bodies where required by law, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Brings a wealth of experience, typically 10+ years, showcasing a strong background in discipline work.Demonstrates advanced knowledge of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry practices, aligning with the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable change.Possesses leadership experience, having worked in project leadership roles, emphasizing the ability to drive successful project outcomes.Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.#J-18808-Ljbffr
