Hotel Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarHotel Maintenance EngineerAs a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities. Your main duties will include conducting routine inspections, identifying and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, as well as experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building systems. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Inspect hotel equipment and facilities on a regular basis to ensure proper functioningIdentify any issues or malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairsPerform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, etc.Coordinate with outside contractors for more complex repairs or installationsKeep detailed records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to managementMonitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferredProven experience in maintenance/engineering field (hotel experience preferred)Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building systemsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detailStrong communication skillsAbility to lift heavy objectsFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysSalary: $1300 per monthCity: Al-RayyanPreference: Pakistani nationality preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
