Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in export and import management within the manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initiation to delivery. Oversee export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Train and mentor junior customer service representatives. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
