They are looking for someone to join their real estate department within the post-acquisition investment management team. The role's primary objective is managing existing real estate investments, with a keen focus on local subsidiaries and international investments.The ideal candidate will have extensive real estate investment management and/or execution experience.What the job involvesContribute to the real estate investment strategy, including analysis of historic and forecast returnsReview and prepare asset-specific business plans detailing key performance indicatorsMonitor and report on underlying asset/investment performancePrepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for managementLiaise with local asset/property managers and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirementsReview valuation models and coordinate with valuation advisersStay updated on market trends and conduct ongoing market researchWho we are looking forSignificant real estate experience, including experience in real estate investment management and executionExperience in a leading real estate investment fund or real estate investment company preferred.
