You will drive and implement best-in-class People Talent Products designed to improve business performance and productivity at Qatar Airways Group. Drive adoption of Talent and Performance Management philosophy, tools and frameworks, including clear governance, guidelines, processes, procedures, and systems to identify and track talent across the Group. Ensure developmental needs are documented and managed, enabling Management, HR and employees to excel in a strong and consistent performance culture. Shape and implement strategies that will help develop and retain high-performing employees. Some of the role’s responsibilities include:Develop and align the Talent Management strategy in line with the overall HR Strategy (as set by SVP Talent) and ensure that all the Talent and Performance Management frameworks, process, policies and enabling activities evolve and retention of diverse talent and leadership pipelines that address both short-term business needs as well as future business objectives.Partner with HR Business Partnering to implement and operationalize a fully integrated talent management approach and continuously drive adoption (Talent Identification, Review, Succession, Performance, Organizational Development, Professional Journeys, Internal Mobility, Internal Promotion Process) – aiming for impact, consistency and simplification.In cooperation with Learning & Development Management (L&D), design, develop and manage highly effective leadership development initiatives to drive organizational culture of change management, inclusive leadership, and individualized development to improve the depth and bench strength of QR Group leadership at various levels across the organization.Leverage the output data from talent assessment and talent analytics teams effectively in the pursuit of evaluating and tracking talent, supporting the improvement in performance, managing key talent segments and elevating cross-business mobility.Manage leadership and succession development strategy and design programs that align with the business and talent objectives.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.
