DescriptionPosition at Al Jazeera Media NetworkHead of Creative Services - Al Jazeera Arabic - Bilingual (Arabic & English)Al Jazeera Media Network are currently looking to hire an experienced Head of Creative Services - Al Jazeera Arabic.The Head of Creative Services - Al Jazeera Arabic will be tasked with leading playing a key role in building the graphics content and creative services practices for special coverage, news services, programmes and talk show infographics for the Arabic Channel.Key Responsibilities:Help in developing strong network creative strategy across channels and enhance the network’s strong brand presence.Work to ensure that the network meets its strategic guidelines.Collaborate with related directors (news, programs and online) and executive leadership team to ensure the look and feel of all creative output across all channels is compliant with the Network’s and channel’s branding guidelines.Work with internal, external client services and new creative teams to deliver branded content and digital communications ideas and respond to new business briefs.Assembling and managing project teams to conceive, develop and deliver branded content and digital communications projects.Managing, commissioning and directing external partners in order to develop and deliver creative solutions in line with the network creative strategy.Provide expertise, creative insights and best practice guidance.Keep abreast of creative and technological innovations, developments, standards and best practices across the industry.Manage and lead the network’s creative output, providing vision and insight into its content and direction.Help create and manage any channel branding in partnership with the executive leadership teams,Provide advice and knowledge on issues that affect the network, using past experience and best practice to achieve the network’s goals.Lead performance setting, monitoring and evaluation processes and efforts to meet the network’s vision and objectives.Ensure that all the creative and technical requirements for the channels are met in order to deliver set strategic objectives.Evaluate and follow-up the production and commissioning phases of all projects.Follow up and provide guidance and support to the creative directorate.Uphold quality and accuracy of the creative output.Uphold network style and branding guidelines.To create complex, original graphic design and comprehensive layout concepts, and to oversee and coordinate production of materials.Championing the value of great design across the network, challenging perceptions in order to raise standards and production values.To be the first source of guidance and professional advice for the creative directorate.Education:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design or related fields, Masters is preferableExperience:Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Design field, broadcast creative services or related fieldsBilingual Arabic & English is Mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
