Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance. Plan and schedule the Static Equipment engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with operational policies, standards of business conduct, and project management system.Participate in key design workshops including HAZOP and 3D model reviews. Support the Offshore Engineering Manager in monitoring the contractor’s progress on delivery of the required Static Equipment documents for Topsides and Pipeline disciplines. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts regarding the disciplines involved in the delivery of the Static Equipment related to Topsides and ensure endorsement of Process Technical deviations to Company specifications when required.Ensure compliance with management of change procedures for changes in the contractor's design or deviations from the company directives.Essential Skills and KnowledgeEngineering degree/diploma or equivalent; however, any qualification, technical, or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.10+ years of relevant experience as Static Equipment lead in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction, and operations.Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering and execution required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.Good knowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom, piping, and mechanical equipment.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
