Project Coordinator – Interface (O&G)

Your TasksMaintains Project Interface Registers.Tracking, follow up of Operations/Third Parties comments/resolution and maintaining status on Interface registers.Day to day support to Contractors, PMT and Operations Interface team for Interface Management Software related queries/resolution, assignment of responsibilities, etc.Coordination with Information Management team for document transfer through Share drive & Lan folder links.Ensure RLIC Technical Package submission documents through eFSM Link.Coordination of the Onshore interface activities between the Project team, Third Parties and other End-users operating within RLIC.Supports scheduling of meetings, issue of minutes of meetings and supports close out of action items with interfacing organizations on a frequent basis, consistent with project needs.Responsible for generating weekly and monthly Interface reports. Provides input to weekly management reports.Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings; attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with Contractor.Ensure minutes of meetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of the Interfaces Registers and Databases.Your ProfileBachelor’s Degree in science or CommerceMust have 10 years minimum work experience in Oil and Gas industry with Projects.Minimum 5 years’ experience as Document Controller/Technical Assistant with a Major project team.Work experience in RLIC and other stakeholders is preferred.Proficient Information Technology (IT) skills.Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other industry utilized databases.Previous work experience with (North or South) is an advantage.Will need to work from various locations Head Quarters in Doha, Contractors site offices in Ras Laffan, facility in Ras Laffan.Excellent spoken and written English skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good teamworking and facilitation skills.Must be able to work in multicultural environment.Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Our OfferSalary: Day Rate in USD Plus AllowanceWork Schedule: 10 Hours / 6 DaysDuration: July 2027, with possible extensionLocation: Qatar#J-18808-Ljbffr
