Job Summary:As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception through to completion. You will play a key role in the design, planning, and construction administration of various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.Responsibilities:Analyze building drawings to ensure they are accurate and feasible.Review/study other project documents (contract, specifications, BOQ, etc.).Collaborate with all parties to design and implement an efficient system of operation.Attend progress meetings for the project (weekly, monthly).Attend technical meetings and workshops.Adjust a building plan to contain additional components/sections as may be required by clients.Coordinate the work with other disciplines to ensure that all work executed at the site is well coordinated.Direct and supervise building contractors to ensure compliance with set standards and specifications.Follow up on the work progress at the site against the project time schedule.Perform materials testing to verify the quality of procured materials or components.Oversee the selection of materials and components for a construction project.Ensure building operations are in compliance with government laws and building codes.Education & Experience:B.
