URGENT REQUIREMENT NES is looking for a Finance Manager for its Shipping client based in Qatar. The role is reporting into the Chief Financial Officer. You will be managing all financial activities related to the firm to ensure informative, timely and accurate management reports in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Key Accountabilities: Develop the company financial policies and procedures and oversee their proper implementation to support the financial practices and achieve the planned objectives. Oversee all applicable financial controls and ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and other legal requirements. Plan, develop and lead an efficient and robust Finance function to support the firm's strategic planning initiatives, operations and activities. Must have prior experience in financial governance and process management within structured organizations, particularly in service provider contexts. Oversee all applicable financial controls and ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and other legal requirements.
