In this role, you will be required to assure fleet continuous airworthiness and maintenance efficiency to achieve optimal availability while maintaining required level of safety.In addition, you will be required to verify fleet compliance with regulatory requirements.Other Key Operational AccountabilitiesEvaluate technical documentation issued by airworthiness authorities, aircraft manufacturer and vendors in order to evaluate its application and impact on fleet airworthiness, aircraft reliability, maintainability and safety.Recommend changes to CAME (Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition) in order to maintain regulatory compliance and improve department efficiency.Update maintenance tracking system with new or amended AMP, in order all requirements are fully complied with.Analyze inspection program and reliability data in order to propose changes to improve effectiveness. Prepare the Weekly Maintenance Forecast and propose maintenance events in accordance with Inspection Program requirements and fleet optimization.Verify open deferred items in the fleet, review with management and arrange its correction with maintenance provider in a timely manner and minimizing operational impact.Propose long-term Fleet maintenance plan in order to comply with approved Maintenance Program requirements and optimize fleet utilization.Review Service Bulletins (or equivalent documents) or other Modifications, issued by manufacturer, Vendors or Part 21 organizations, in order to evaluate its applicability and cost/benefit to the fleet.Control the Work Order Request or Task Card issuing to Part 145, in order to ensure compliance with required maintenance.Provide technical assistance to Part 145 contracted maintenance organizations and follow-up progress of maintenance work orders to comply with required maintenance standards.Control ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) or CMR (Certificate of Maintenance Requirement) renewal process, taking necessary actions for successful certification, in order to safeguard fleet airworthiness.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.Experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Planning in an EASA Part M or Part 145 Organization.Experience working with a maintenance tracking system.Experience in QCAA, EASA, FAA and Transport Canada regulation.Experience in MS Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
