Job Summary:The incumbent will manage the Global Trade services products of QNB Group in line with the overall GTB and QNB Group strategy.Main Responsibilities:Develop and market Trade Services products and value-added service proposition for customers.Support revenue and profit targets, in line with the group's vision and mission.Achieve unit's budget and product targets, implement group-approved strategies/business plans.Promote cost consciousness, efficiency, and productivity.Analyze market and business intelligence information to meet customer needs and respond to competitor actions.Develop cutting-edge trade services products and solutions.Work with HO and Country Managers to support the business objectives of the Trade business.Responsible for working with the Global sales team on commercialization of trade services products.Coordinate with the sales team to enhance relationships with customers requiring Trade services.Implement a one point of contact concept to resolve customer needs and queries.Education and Experience Requirements:University graduate BA or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.At least 8 years of banking experience, preferably in an international bank.Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.Knowledge of Arabic language preferred.Familiarity with the balanced scorecard approach.Strong financial planning and budgeting ability.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.Note: you will be required to attach the following:1.
