Job Title: Corporate Planning SpecialistQNB, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning Specialist to support the delivery and evolution of the Corporate Planning function across the organization.Job Purpose:Support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial and non-financial dimensions for business, support, and control divisions, understanding the needs and drivers for each.Coordinate and execute the quarterly Performance Management process.Review and analyze KPIs and scorecards across all divisions to provide insightful and value-adding analysis of the bank's performance and execution of strategy.Work with strategy development and PMO teams to assist in the development of annual business plans across all divisions, understanding and incorporating dependencies between this, performance management, the strategic project portfolio, and *** planning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.At least 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a financial institution.Business and/or functional experience or exposure.Previous experience in a corporate planning and performance management role.Awareness of a management consulting approach.Experience with performance management, balance scorecard approach, and management of information systems (MIS).Deep understanding and knowledge of the activities and functions of various business and support divisions in a financial institution.Well-developed numerical, analytical, and evaluation skills.Desirable Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset).Structured approach to working.High degree of efficiency and result-driven way of working.High degree of reliability with regards to time, speed, and quality of delivery.Ability to communicate effectively with various different hierarchy levels across the organization.Ability to work in a relatively unstructured, multicultural environment.High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
