Your TasksManages Contractor's Utilities & Offsites (and Process) Engineering activities including adherence with project objectives, requirements, specifications, standards, procedures, execution plans and design verification processes.Provides leadership to drive decisions for multi-discipline issues to progress the execution of the project.Responsible for overseeing delivery of all aspects of detailed design, equipment, technical and execution definition, including procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of the utility and offsite systems.Works closely with members of engineering team and aligns with the Engineering Manager on engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.Works closely with the start-up organization to ensure plans are aligned to ensure a smooth transition to the start-up organization.Accountable for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with LNG Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and LNG Project Management System.Ensures delivery full compliance with project documents and through effective collaborations and interfaces, ensures design considers the full production life cycle.Responsible for knowledge of and sharing previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.Your ProfileBachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.Minimum of 10 years experience as a senior Utilities / Process engineer with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore facilities design, construction and operations.At least 5 years experience with utility systems (desalination, waste management, steam, cooling water, IA/N2, flare and fuel gas systems) design.EPC detailed design experience with large O&G facilities.Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up experience highly desirable.Excellent written and oral English skills.Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.Good communication, influencing and interface skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.Great interpersonal skills.Our OfferSalary:Day Rate in USD Plus AllowanceWork Schedule:10 Hours / 6 DaysDuration:Dec 2027, with possible extensionLocation:Qatar#J-18808-Ljbffr
