We are looking for individuals who are passionate about travel, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment.As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and providing leadership on a commercial level for all marketing activities of Discover Qatar (DQ) and the beach venues in West Bay and Fuwairit. Oversee the marketing team activities and ensure the team delivers the plans and targets, ensuring high levels of service to internal and external customers, increasing awareness in the market, and increasing DQ revenue.Other key responsibilities are:Develop Marketing Communications strategy for the promotion of DQ products, including Brand strategy, annual media plans, website enhancement, and social media application.Review market trends and oversee the implementation of strategies to attain revenue targets.Develop commercial marketing campaigns ensuring consistency of messaging and imagery on all key communication channels.Propose annual marketing budgets to Executive management to ensure DQ maximizes opportunities and contributes to the success of Qatar Airways Group.Ensure commercial marketing campaigns are launched timely and on budget, employing the full range of marketing mix including through the line campaigns, events, digital marketing, sponsoring, and advertising.Work closely with colleagues in Discover Qatar, Qatar Airways, Qatar Airways Holidays, HIA, and Qatar Tourism to amplify all campaigns.Take responsibility for the effectiveness of all promotional collaterals and advertising materials ensuring maximum exposure.Grow Discover Qatar database and social media followers, ensuring high levels of engagement.Deliver branding of operational and sales support assets including coaches, Land Cruisers, sea planes, Trade events, Tour Guide assets, and many other items.Analyze web traffic statistics and ROI of all e-marketing campaigns; compile regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management on site behavior and campaign impact.Devise and propose strategies for the continued growth of the DQ website including regular benchmarking against key competitors.Responsible for marketing activities, B2C and B2B online proposition including design and functionality.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Understands the intricacies of the travel market, from stopovers to extended vacations. With strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset, can identify opportunities and drive growth.Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.6+ years of job-related experience (4 in a management position).Prior experience as Marketing Manager leading multifunctional marketing projects.Strong Project Management skills.Intermediate to advanced level of numerical skills to analyze performance.Understanding of broad marketing concepts and techniques.Excellent Brand Management.About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
