Control and manage the project costs and support the team in all commercial matters of the project.No direct reports to manage however you will need to control and manage the process between 5-6 consultants.Manage and review QS's to ensure all work carried out meets the Statement of work to the expected degree.Prepare management reports to highlight progress of work and highlight optimal commercially acceptable solutions to claims or mitigation of potential claims.Ensuring compliance throughout the project for your workload and the consultants you work alongside. Minimum Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or QS/Construction Management.Minimum Experience:- Minimum 12 years of related work experience in ALL post contract quantity surveying functions.- Minimum 3 years experience with consultants/clients- Minimum 2 years GCC experience- Experience in mixed use projects including major infrastructure and high rise buildings.
