In this role, the staff works as part of a small team and is responsible for providing the highest level of services to all the customers in response to their requests, providing lounge services, and ensuring work efficiency in ramp and baggage areas.Other key responsibilities are:Liaising with customers and their representatives in an extraordinary manner to ensure premium first-class service.Provide Lounge services to passengers, crew, and representatives.Liaising with the Ground handling team (General Aviation) to ensure a seamless operation.Responsible for ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested.Organize baggage screening and processing with Porters.Liaise with MOI and Security to ensure safe, effective, and secure processing of VIP passengers.Adhere to Ramp Safety whilst performing duties airside.Answering telephones and emails as required.Co-ordinate with all concerned senior on duty inside and outside the organization in case of any emergency.QualificationsWe are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualificationMinimum of 3 years' experience in Customer ServiceExperience of working in an aviation environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
