About the roleAs a lifecycle automation manager, you will be responsible for planning, building, deployment, analysis, and optimisation of all automated direct media campaigns by analysing the existing communications landscape and working with business owners to identify opportunities to introduce automated communications as part of achieving the business objectives and enhancing the customer experience.Other operational duties would include:Analysing existing automated lifecycle campaigns and establishing KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate their performance and develop a corrective plan of action where needed.Actively seeking to improve technical capabilities of automation, direct media, and CRM campaign tools.Planning persona identification for the purposes of reaching them via tailored automated programmes.Ensuring correct deployment of automated programmes and alignment with overall campaign and commercial objectives.Optimising campaigns.Working with key stakeholders within product owners, content, data, and marketing to successfully launch campaigns.Increasing and engaging the database members with relevant communications across the funnel by further developing and optimising current campaigns, personalisation, templates, content, marketing, automation, and performance.Regular reporting of campaign performance through the maintenance of dashboards and creation of reports to socialise with upper management, business owners, and the wider team.Instilling a culture of test and learn within each campaign and working with optimisation teams to use as a basis for iterative campaign improvements.Adopting guardianship of best practices of all executed campaigns.Performing other departmental duties related to this position as directed by the head of the department.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before.Together, everything is possible.Qualifications - ExternalAbout YouWe are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Digital Commercial team.5+ years in CRM marketing with a focus on automation and campaign lifecycles.B2C experience with a preference in the air industry.Multi-channel programme creation and management experience.A/B testing experience having initiated these routinely within campaigns.Experience working with personalisation teams and tools to build tailored, personalised campaigns.Experience in marketing copywriting.Experience in requirements-gathering and documentation for technical projects.Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
