We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Customer Experience Team, focusing on our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business units and Agile development squads, ensuring clear and actionable requirements are presented for our digital evolution.RequirementsCollaborate with business units, including frontline staff and management, to understand and document business requirements.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector or in digital transformation projects with a minimum of 5 years relative experience.Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the Agile development squads.SkillsExperience: 5+yrsSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.Familiarity with digital banking trends and technologies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, JIRA, Confluence and CRM beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
