About the Role:As a Lead Business Analyst (Agile), you will play a critical role in delivering high impact projects and products by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions using agile methodology. The ideal candidate must have a strong credible experience delivering products and projects using Agile methodology and demonstrated success in transforming the business concepts to working products in real world. Whilst experience in airline domain is desired, it is not mandatory; however, ability to grasp the domain and adapt is crucial for the role.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Facilitate communication as a primary interface between the customer/business and the technology teams.Collaborate, Collect, analyze and model business needs and requirements.Create detailed user stories, process flows and other associated documents required for User experience and technical teams to design and carry out development without ambiguitySupport the product owner with the decision-making process and shape up the right productSupport the technical lead / architect in designing the technical framework that meets the desired business outcomes of the solution envisioned.Support quality assurance team members in test case scenarios and ensure quality and integrity of overall solution and customer experience.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint review meetings and contribute to continuous improvements to the efficiency and quality of the processesHelp prioritize and manage the product backlogEnsure project and product objectives are met with scope, timeline, cost and overall budget allocationsProvide mentoring and coaching to business analysts. Contribute in setting best practices and standards for the organization-wide BA Center of Practice.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor Degree with a minimum total work experience of 10 years as a Business Analyst.Airline or hospitality or retail industry knowledge is an added advantage.Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst in Agile environment.Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Excellent solution creation skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their requirements.Ability to work with development teams to understand business requirements.Ability to support the product owner with decision-making processes.Adherence to quality and process compliance.Must be a quick learner and have the ability to switch domain and adapt to changes.Certifications in Business analysis and Agile are considered a plus. E.g.
