Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Record any type of cannibalization from a stock item to fulfil the emergency.2. Order FulfilmentCoordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in terms of the quality including dimension, as per drawing of the products to ensure timely delivery to customers.3. Quality Control:Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications; report any discrepancies or damages.Organization: Ensure materials are stored in designated locations, optimizing warehouse space, and facilitating easy access for retrieval.4. DocumentationPrepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, such as receipts, shipments, preservation, and shelf life of the preserved items.5. Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of accidents or injuries in the warehouse environment.6. Communication:Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to coordinate material flow and resolve any issues or concerns.7. Problem SolvingIdentify and address any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order delays, or operational inefficiencies.8. Continuous Improvement:Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.9. TrainingProvide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper material handling procedures and safety practices.10. ComplianceEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing the handling and storage of materials.11. In particular to: Conduct risk assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and safe systems of work are safe and implemented; Ensure all employees and contractors under their control are competent to undertake their duties; Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported and investigated; Promote good behaviours and set a personal example with regard to occupational health and safety matters.Authority:Managers/Supervisors have the authority to stop work when health and safety is unsafe or being compromisedMinimum Qualification/Experiences/SkillsEducation & Professional Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.API 510. - Certified API 510 Pressure Vessel inspectors must have a broad knowledge base relating to maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration of pressure vessels.API-570 - API 570 covers inspection, rating, repair, and alteration procedures for metallic and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) piping systems and their associated pressure relieving devices that have been placed in service.Professional Experience:4-6 Years ExperienceASTM ExperienceAmerican Society for Testing and Materials. An international standards organization that develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards for a wide range of materials, products, systems, and services.Geographic Experience:Middle East/GCC experience is preferredInternational experience is preferredComputer Skills:Advanced knowledge of Office and web applicationsExperience in using modern WMS systemsLanguage Skills:Fluent in English - both written and spokenOther languages are preferredMarket/Industry/Functional KnowledgeKnowledge of 3PL & 4PL, Oil & Gas, Warehousing at principal companiesKnowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systemsKnowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health practices.* Failure to provide answers to the questions will result in disqualification *#J-18808-Ljbffr
