Job Title: Real Estate CoordinatorJob Summary: The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination services to the real estate team, facilitating efficient and organized processes in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings.Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.Transaction Coordination:Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions.Liaise between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.Marketing Support:Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing efforts.Maintain property listings on various platforms.Client Relations:Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects.Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and provide updates.Address client inquiries and concerns.Market Research:Assist in gathering and analyzing real estate market data.Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and policies.Keep abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations.Supervising Agents:Track, follow up, and report on activities; schedule viewings and forward them to agents.Qualifications:Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate.Experience in real estate.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Friendly demeanor during phone calls.Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and documentation.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
