About The RoleQatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR Team supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. As the Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization through talent acquisition attraction initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute campaigns aimed at enhancing our employer brand and attracting qualified candidates. Your creativity, analytical skills, and understanding of digital marketing platforms will be essential in reaching and engaging prospective candidates.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and marketing teams to create innovative campaigns to attract top talent.Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events to reach potential candidates.Create engaging and informative content tailored to different candidate personas, including social media posts, videos, and other multimedia content.Collaborate with social media teams to promote job openings, company culture, and employee achievements for QR Group.Utilize platform analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition campaigns and recruitment efforts.Provide regular reports on key metrics such as candidate engagement and application conversion rates.Work closely with Line Manager, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop campaigns.Work with the Marketing team along with the Line Manager to put together creative requests for internal and external collaterals.Support with producing collaterals and giveaways for TA.Assist with updating the careers website content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all pages.Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.QualificationsAbout YouWe are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.Minimum 2 years relevant experience.Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment marketing role.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.Decision-making and problem-solving skills.Creativity and innovation.Ability to give attention to detail.Background in Adobe Creative Cloud tools for design and editing tasks will be an added advantage.How To ApplyIf you are interested in submitting your application and feel you are a good fit for this role, please complete our application form and upload your CV for our review and consideration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
