Review electrical drawings for new fit out shops and inspect at site if work is done at per regulations. What you will do : Specialty Leasing: Coordinate and assist the team for any Power and other services for tenancy requirements. Conduct a study of the requirements and confirm with the leasing team when okay to proceed. Prepare the scope of work for any additional requirements like power upgrades and water services and submit to procurement for sourcing. Attend meetings with the team and tenant contractor for coordination and any clarification to ensure compliance with the mall's set standards and requirements. Monitor the appointed contractor for the required additional services to ensure completion on time and work completed as per standard.Coordinate, evaluate, and certify contracted works related to mall improvements, reactive and corrective works, ensuring works completed are as per scope of work and complete as per standard and requirement.Provide support and feedback related to contractor performance and other issues concerning mall operation.Provide support in representing the mall FM division in providing and evaluating information relevant and related to facility upgrades, improvements, and special projects.Collect job tasks from Facility Manager and implement them in allotted timeframe. Ensure PPM and CM are completed as per SLA.Attend mall operation concerns and coordinate with different mall operation team including Specialty Leasing, Marketing, Security team, Customer Service, Tenant Relation, Procurement, RDT, Soft Services team.Ensure DFC Mall and Energy Centre assets are well maintained in good physical and operational state by the following means and process:Prepare material requests. Monitor material stocks to ensure availability of materials especially critical parts that may impact business operations.Conduct regular mall walk on daily basis to ensure that the mall is in good and convenient condition in terms of good lighting and no issues on electrical aspect even to the minor details like visible loose wires, power sockets in FOH, BOH and external. Report to the concern team/coordinators any issues found to create job order for immediate and necessary corrective action.Conduct regular site visit and as require to all technical rooms like MV rooms, Transformer rooms, LV rooms, ELV rooms, Q-tel room, Server room, generator room for visual check of assets condition and room condition (room temperature and cleanliness) to ensure mall assets like MV switchgears, transformers, LV panels, SMDB, DBs, UPS, CBS panels, generators, control panels are well maintained and attended for regular PPM and in required room temperature. Report to the team/coordinator any issues found during the visit like requirement for re-lamping, room cooling temperature, cleaning, etc. for necessary action.Retail Delivery Team: Assist the team in providing information related to power upgrade requirement to confirm feasibility of prospect tenancy. Conduct power study to see the feasibility of upgrading existing power provisions sufficient for F&B power requirement. Provide information of the needed changes and effect to the existing installation and if any required KAHRAMAA approvals prior to proceeding. Coordinate with team the impact with the existing MEP services. Required skills to be successful : Knowledge of KAHRAMAA regulation.Knowledge about QCDD approvalsGood Electrical trouble shooting skills.Team Player and team management skills. What equips you for the role : Bachelor degree in Electrical EngineeringOverall 10 years of experience in facilities management.
