```htmlJob DescriptionWhat are you going to do:Review Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) and recommend spare parts for all new projects.Review all Master Data Governance (MDG) requests (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAP to ensure optimum inventory and quality.Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse and minimize financial exposure.Develop and review policies and procedures relevant to Obsolescence and life cycle management.Review vendor drawings and manuals to ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL.Interface between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.Liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders as required.Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities supporting the division objectives.Review Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and ensure Mechanical equipment spares procured meet requirements.Carry out engineering feasibility study (eMOC - management of change) for Obsolescence Management to upgrade obsolete mechanical equipment & its components.Review obsolescence of Mechanical spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.Assist management in complex analysis and task reviews.Essential skills and knowledge:Degree in Mechanical Engineering.6 years experience in an Oil and gas environment.Maintenance experience on Mechanical Equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Gas Turbines, Blowers, Heat exchangers, Boilers, Valves, Loading arms, and ship loaders etc.Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).Computer literate and knowledgeable in relevant software tools and specification.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
