In this role, the staff works as part of a small team and is responsible for providing the highest level of services to all customers in response to their requests, providing lounge services, and ensuring work efficiency in ramp and baggage areas. Other key responsibilities are: Liaising with customers and their representatives in an extraordinary manner to ensure premium first-class service. Providing lounge services to passengers, crew, and representatives. Liaising with the Ground handling team (General Aviation) to ensure a seamless operation. Responsible for ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested. Organizing baggage screening and processing with Porters. Liaising with MOI and Security to ensure safe, effective, and secure processing of VIP passengers. Adhering to Ramp Safety whilst performing duties airside. Answering telephones and emails as required. Coordinating with all concerned seniors on duty inside and outside the organization in case of any emergency.
