Job Title: National Team Doctor (Under-23 Team)Role Purpose: To provide comprehensive world-class medical care for the Under-23 players of the Qatar National Football Team and provide daily support to the First Team.Reports To: The First Team Doctor and Medical Director of the National Teams Medical Services Unit.Necessary Knowledge and Experience to Conduct Job Effectively:7 to 10 years of experience in Elite Football - This should mean the top European Leagues, clubs competing regularly in European, South American or Asian Continental Championships or those working in International Football.Experience with First Team and in youth player care.Expert knowledge of trauma, musculoskeletal injuries, and medical conditions affecting football players.Fundamental knowledge of emergency care regarding sporting events.Education and Certification Requirements:Post-graduate degree or diploma in Sports Medicine (preferably a Master’s degree).Emergency Pitch side qualification.Eligible to obtain Physician license from Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).Specialty Board registration (preferable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
