About the role As the Head of Sourcing Transformation, you will be responsible to lead and drive the transformation of group sourcing and procurement processes through technology solutions by designing and implementing new ways of working. Own and deliver ERP transformation project from sourcing and procurement perspective, champion the transition towards digital and touchless operations, develop and implement automation initiatives, serve as a strategic partner to the leadership in redefining and transforming the sourcing and procurement function to achieve operational excellence, efficiency and strategic alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Oversee design and implementation of ERP transformation project across the end to end sourcing and procurement processes, optimise sourcing and procurement strategies, streamline operations, enhance supplier relationships and leverage data driven insights to drive efficiency and value creation by fostering collaboration and innovation. Accountabilities:Develop a comprehensive transformation strategy, encompassing vision, objectives, goals and actionable plans to drive growth, innovation and operational excellence.Lead the design, standardisation and optimisation of end to end process workflows to reduce complexities and improve productivity.Champion simplification initiatives across sourcing and procurement processes eliminating redundancies, minimising barriers and enhancing user experience.Foster culture of innovation, leveraging emerging technologies, best practices and creative solutions to transform processes and delivery value.Own ERP transformation from sourcing and procurement perspective ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, design principles and organisational priorities.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including CFO, finance leadership and cross-functional departments.Champion transition towards self-service and touchless processing by optimising processes and implementing automation solutions.Lead change management efforts ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, new ways of working within sourcing, procurement and across the organisation.Establish, monitor and evaluate performance metrics, KPIs and benchmarks to assess the impact, effectiveness and success of initiatives.Transform sourcing and procurement to a data and insight driven organisation by implementing advanced analytical solutions.Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization and process streamlining across the back-office organization.Serve as ERP Solution Architect, understand current state, define the future state and contribute to define the implementation approach to achieve the project goals.Participate in the ERP partner selection process, define project scope, evaluate proposals and contribute in selecting the best strategic partners for the Project.Contribute in developing the overall Business case for the ERP project and ensure realisation of committed benefits for sourcing and procurement.Promote collaboration, empowerment and professional growth to build high performing and resilient sourcing and procurement functions.QualificationsAbout you You will possess:Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.10 years of experience in leading business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle/SAP)5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field5 years of aviation industry experienceProven experience in global team management (50+ FTE)Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projectsProfessional Certifications in Oracle and SAP ERP systemsMinimum of 5 years of SAP S4 Hana /Oracle Fusion Project Execution/management experience5 years directly leading ERP implementation and roll outsDemonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/ITIL in a regulated environmentExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six SigmaCommand of English languageStrong analytical & problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping & process flow analysis toolsExpertise in software delivery best practiceExperience in sourcing and procurement transformationData and access governance experienceExperience with implementing Dashboards, KPI implementation to report out on support activitiesExperience in working with multiple vendors to fulfil resourcing needsExcellent project management skills, with certification in Project ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in the sourcing and procurement processes of aviation industryKnowledge of Oracle and SAPManagerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
