NES is working closely with a major Oil and Gas client to urgently hire a Manage Operations Risk SpecialistThe incumbent plays a pivotal role in providing the necessary technical guidance and administration of MOR process for ensuring effective risk evaluation and management, operational integrity, safety, and reliability.Role involves coordination of Risk Management strategies, policies, and procedures which are in compliance with emerging regulations, changing requirements, and extended scope over all the company's LNG onshore and offshore assets.Provide technical oversight on risk evaluation, assessment, and management processProvide guidance and advisory to various groups, departments, and projects across the companyUpdate and ensure industry and shareholder best practices are incorporated into the MOR process book and associated procedures such as Risk Screening procedure, Formal risk assessment procedure, Risk matrix application guide etc.System KPI enhancement, management, and reporting at various levels of the organization.Covers multiple locations with different requirements and priorities e.g. onshore, offshore, projects, etc.Work requires analytical, interpretative and constructive thinking, with a significant degree of evaluative/professional judgment.Works in accordance with Company policies, and procedures, and understanding of relevant industry and international standards.Work requires analytical, interpretative and constructive thinking, with a significant degree of evaluative/professional judgment.Work independently on common and newly identified process safety and risk issues, make complex decisions using the company values, and sound business sense, and provides direction and advice to customers.Key Job AccountabilitiesOverall Management, continuous improvement, implementation of lessons learned and update of L3 MOR Process and associated Procedures.MOR System Governance and EffectivenessSupport/coordination of day-to-day activities of MOR Reporting and Ensure QualityContinuous advice on interface with other company processes such as ERM, MOC, Work Management, Major Projects Risk Management procedures, Subsurface Risk Management procedures, RBW, Engineering deviation, Spec deviation etc.Responsible effectiveness of MOR Tools/Communication Responsible of MOR Training management Responsible of MOR related Files/Manuals/ Policies/Plan Responsible of MOR related Assessment/AuditQualificationsBachelor degree in Engineering (Preferable Chemical, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering).10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with special emphasis on Risk Management and day-to-day Operation activities/interface#J-18808-Ljbffr
