This position will be reporting to the Regional Office – East.You will be responsible for supporting revenue performance within specific demand segment(s) focusing on analyzing traffic segments, distribution channels and travel agencies to drive QR Market share and revenue goals.Accountabilities:Identify market opportunities for campaigns, structural fare products and incentive programs through internal and external analysis and define actions to generate incremental revenue.Distil data and provide analyst commentary on portfolio, market and route performance.Analyze traffic segments, distribution channels and travel agencies to drive QR market share and revenue goals.Prepare analysis and make fact-based proposals to regional and senior management to improve revenue production.Review market trends and define mitigating and/or stimulating actions if performance deteriorations are identified.Provide analysis of distribution channel's revenue and cost of sale performance to ensure that appropriate KPI's and metrics are being followed.Identify business trends using real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to senior management; calibrate those where necessary.Closely monitor performance of structural fare products, incentives and other structural revenue drivers.Build business cases to support recommendations on changes to structural fare products, incentives and other structural revenue drivers, to drive performance improvements.Perform other department duties an ad-hoc tasks to position as directed by senior management.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive tactical and structural initiatives.Communicate with local offices and head office in delivering initiatives.Structure and execute end-to-end campaigning initiatives and business cases; maintain campaign calendars.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Together, everything is possible!QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with 3 years of job-related experience.Experience in aviation industry is preferable.Work Experience in managing (Processing and analyzing) voluminous data.Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.Experience as user for data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is highly preferable.Strong communication and presentation skills.About Qatar Airways Group:Our story started with four aircrafts.
