• Develop standard contract management guidelines for managing consultant, sub-consultant, contractor, sub-contractor etc contracts for clients. • Research regulatory requirements of (Qatar Professional Services Agreement 1984 and 2010, FIDIC, RICS, JCT, POMI etc) and set up separate guidelines for each one of them to ensure QPM complaint. • Manage and update policy, procedures, and guidelines for contract administration. • Set up guidelines for handling deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules and advising recourse to clients in such cases. • Develop tools and templates for various steps in contract management to enable onsite resources to provide effective and efficient contract support. • Guide onsite contracts team to use standard processes and tools. • Review contract documents for accuracy and appropriateness. • Oversee contract administration at project sites through periodic updates and consultant/contractor work reports. • Support onsite resources to advise clients or management on contractual issues arising on the project. • Monitor project risks closely such as contractual issues relating to bonds, insurance• University degree from a recognized University in an appropriate field such as Project Management, Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent • 15 Years of total experience and a minimum of 7 years of similar experience. • A qualified professional who has reached the director level • Capable of providing planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects. Or, Highly experienced technical specialist who will provide expert advice on complex matters requiring international world-class expertise. • Should be recognised as an authority on the technical subject.#J-18808-Ljbffr
