We are hiring a Senior Consultant (Infrastructure) for one of our clients in Qatar.Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.SkillsMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Infrastructure Advisory.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.Previous experience with a Big 4 is preferable.Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.High proficiency in MS Office.Advanced Financial Modelling: Macros, Power BI, report writing, and presentation to small and mid-size groups.Understanding of real estate terminologies and IFRS knowledge.In-depth understanding of demand model development for real estate core assets, demand-supply gap assessment, market assessment including stock-supply-vacancy-pricing, location and site assessment, positioning, Value-for-Money (VFM), and project risk assessment.In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance including a clear understanding of financial analysis and Real Estate Asset Valuation (DCF Approach).In-depth knowledge of either Bid Advisory or Procurement Advisory or both.#J-18808-Ljbffr
