The strategy aims to develop an emotional connection between the airline and its customers.As we expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sponsorships to lead, drive, and execute high-impact campaigns.If you have a proven track record in sponsorships and are passionate about driving results, we want to hear from you!About the roleA strategic leader with an ability to manage high-profile sponsorship agreements and dynamic teams. The Senior Manager Sponsorships role offers the opportunity to shape QR’s sponsorship strategy, engage with top-tier partners, and deliver impactful results.As part of your role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Craft and execute a strategic plan for sponsorships that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.Lead negotiations with rights holders to secure beneficial sponsorship deals and create compelling proposals.Oversee a diverse range of sponsorships, optimizing agreements to enhance value and return on investment.Identify new sponsorship opportunities and leverage existing partnerships to drive revenue growth.Manage the implementation and activation of sponsorship programs, ensuring all commitments are met.Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing sponsorship activities, setting goals, and ensuring performance excellence.Oversee the sponsorship budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorships, providing detailed performance reports and recommendations.Ensure sponsorship activities comply with legal and contractual requirements, managing risks proactively.QualificationsAbout youBachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of job-related experience, preferably within the airline or sports industry.Expertise in developing and executing sponsorship strategies aligned with business goals and brand objectives.Strong relationship management including stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Sound knowledge of project management including campaign management, budget management, and timeline management.Data-driven with experience in return on investment reporting.Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing capabilities.Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams at all levels in a fast-paced working environment.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Experience and ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow with strong mentoring and coaching skills.How to applyIf you’re ready to join a progressive team and have a challenging and rewarding career, then apply now by uploading your CV and completing our quick application form.#J-18808-Ljbffr
