Responsibilities:Recruitment Process Management:Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill client requirements.Perform background checks and calling references.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate interviews with clients and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet staffing goals and deadlines.Provide support and guidance to recruiters.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.Prepare reports on recruitment activities.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, best practices, and labor legislation.2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, preferably within an outsourcing or staffing agency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are mandatory.*Failure to respond to the pre-screening questionnaire will result in non-contact by our team*#J-18808-Ljbffr
