Responsibilities:Support tender processes and business development.Liaise with authorities (GORD, MME, PWA, USGBC, ...) and PMCs (ASTAD).Work with developers, designers, and contractors.Manage and develop documentation tools, reports, and technical submittals.Develop, improve, and monitor sustainability plans, strategies, and calculators relating to the GSAS requirements for all schemes.Provide consultancy services for sustainability projects (GSAS-DB, GSAS-DB CDA, GSAS-CM, and LEED 2009 EB O&M).Provide consultancy services for environmental projects (Air Quality and Noise monitoring and modeling, construction site auditing and inspections, environmental permit application, EIA, CEMP, EMP, OEMP, CMP).Job Skills & Abilities:Strong ability to manage sustainability and environmental projects from concept design to construction stage.Good knowledge in ISO 14001:2015 implementation and maintenance.Required Qualifications:14 years of professional experience in the field of architectural engineering.Extensive experience and knowledge in developing sustainable design strategies for green building certification systems (LEED/GSAS).Good experience in LEED and GSAS project supervision (LEED construction stage / GSAS-DB compliance to design stage / GSAS-CM Construction Management scheme).Manage and coordinate specialized activities, disciplines, or teams of moderate size and complexity; lead in the formulation of advanced technical concepts.Provide specialist services in support of project requirements; independently perform highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialized principles.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Questions:Are you willing to start immediately?What is your current package?What is your expected package?Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:GSAS: 8 years (Required)License/Certification:QID (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
