Our passenger volumes are on a steady and fast-growing path thanks to an unprecedented facility expansion that enhanced operational capacity and will drive business growth in the next years.About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of advanced screening systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record to success.Key responsibilities:This role is required to supervise the installation, maintenance and support of Passenger and Baggage screening systems such as X Ray, CT Scanners, Body Scanners, Walk through metal detectors, and Explosive Trace Detectors and associated servers, cluster infrastructure, equipment and software.The role holder will ensure that quality services are provided in line with standard practices to maximize uptime of screening equipment used for screening of passengers and staff.Ensure daily compliance checks are being carried out in line with regulatory requirements.Ensure all incidents related to above systems are responded to efficiently in a timely manner.Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed as per established ITIL processes.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to take appropriate remedial actions in case of equipment failure, resolution or relocation.About you:Graduate in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of passenger screening systems (X Ray, CT scanners, Body Scanners, walk through metal detectors and Explosive Trace Detectors).Certification/training from Smiths Detection or Rapiscan for x-ray and other screening system equipment.In-depth knowledge of Airport Security screening systems and automated tray return systems.Flexibility in any shift patterns when required to provide technical & functional support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
