Oversee work progress along multiple projects and ensure all the projects running as per schedule Preparation of weekly and monthly program reports including dashboard, KPI, S Curve, histogram, and cashflow Coordinate with project managers, and heads of departments to successfully deliver projects to clients. Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them in the Project Risk Register.
