Key Results Areas: The Energy Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing energy products/systems and services in the country across all segments. He will be responsible for managing the end-user accounts in the governmental segment, oil-gas petrochemical, mining&utility sectors in the country, leveraging excellent business relationships with end users. He will identify business potential with end users and support the country and the region to increase demand generation by setting up clear account plans based on investments with the end users. Requirement: A Saudi National (preferred) BSc in Electrical Engineering Minimum 7 - 12 years of work experience in sales and account management Power and Automation knowledge Deep understanding of the electric power market in KSA from an effective utilization and optimization perspective Very good communication, presentation, relationship, and key client management skills Proven ability to close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business Excellent communication skills; fluent in Arabic and English; team player with experience in the same field Position located in Al-Khobar with extensive travel across KSA Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following but are not restricted to: Develop, manage, and implement account strategies focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability Coordinate sales activities and expectations Participate and contribute to sales strategy by exploring the customer's current business, mid and long-term plans, and investments Define and propose sales targets and growth margins for assigned accounts and ensure achievement through a structured process and follow-up Lead the development and implementation of the account plan, including designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing opportunities, and identifying targets for each solution element. Propose recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls. Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy. Act as a focal point for problem resolution and monitor customer negotiations. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, business drivers, economic trends, and competition. Support the sales organization in selling products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume mix and profitability targets for the assigned business unit Monitor competitors’ activity with each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Create added value for the customer and ALHAITAM by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements). Communicate details in accordance with ALHAITAM's offering and strategy, coordinating the use of internal or external resources (e.g., technical, advertising, and marketing) to provide value-added services to accounts. Manage the AVL (Approved Vendor List) and coordinate with organizational teams to ensure ALHAITAM energy products/systems and services are approved within the accounts.
