Cabin Services Trainer - Qatar Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs for cabin crew, focusing on customer service standards and company policies. Ensuring all training content is aligned with the vision and goals of Qatar Executive.You will also support Cabin Services Training Manager in the recruitment, development, and day to day management of the Cabin Crew service training team.Other key responsibilities are:Develop and implement training programs for new cabin crew and refresh courses for existing crew members to ensure QE standards and procedures are met.Conduct classroom and online training sessions to Qatar Executive Cabin crew to ensure consistency and align all crew members with the latest updates.Conduct regular assessments to QE cabin crew to evaluate the competency and understanding of crew and ensure all training content complies with aviation regulatory requirements.Provide ongoing support, guidance and feedback to QE cabin crew to aid and improve their performance.Conduct regular reviews of training materials for QE cabin crew to make updates when necessary.Document all training activities for QE cabin crew which includes record keeping and auditing purposes to comply with QR group procedures and regulations.Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department to aid the Cabin services department.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before.Together, everything is possible.QualificationsWe are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the QE Cabin crew team.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years job related experience.Proven work experience as Cabin Crew trainer / Coach or a similar role.Solid understanding of in-flight service delivery and customer service standards.Flying experience in Business Jet operation – solo crew operation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package).About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
