The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of SonicWALL Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, FortiWAF, Pulse Secure NAC, BeyondTrust PAM solutions, and the Tenable Vulnerability Management Tool.This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations management, with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in managing security infrastructure and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Oversee and manage the daily operations of SonicWALL Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, FortiWAF, Pulse Secure NAC, BeyondTrust PAM, and Tenable Vulnerability Management Tool to ensure optimal performance and security.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of security specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective management of security devices and tools.Policy Implementation: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the organization’s security posture.Vulnerability Management: Ensure comprehensive vulnerability scanning and management using the Tenable tool, including customization of scan policies, analysis of scan results, and implementation of remediation actions.Incident Management: Oversee the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents and root cause analysis.Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of security devices and tools, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all security operations, including configurations, procedures, policies, and incident reports.Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT and security teams to integrate security measures across the organization’s infrastructure and support overall cybersecurity strategy.Compliance: Ensure all security operations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the enhancement and expansion of the organization’s security infrastructure and capabilities.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations management, with extensive experience in managing security devices and vulnerability management tools.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
