(Work Shop Supervisor (Ford or American Cars))Workshop Supervisor AMCRole1. Ensure full utilization of workshop’s labor & resources to achieve planned operational targets.2. Ensure approvals are in place for pre-order works & also incase of additional work.3. Observe warranty process conditions & supervise correct tagging & storage of warranty parts.4. Daily management of workshop staff, Team Leaders & Technical Advisors.5. Oversee maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, fixings & PPE.6. Prepare quotes / final costs for repair works & report discrepancies to workshop manager.7. Oversee diagnostic procedures, methods & ensure Quality Standards are met before vehicle delivery.8.
