In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of cabin crew to meet and exceed company set standards.In addition, you will work closely with the training and inflight teams to identify opportunities, create and implement strategies and be responsible for coaching and developing individual team members to improve their performance.Other key responsibilities are:Ensure the compliance of standards and procedures at all times to promote the safety of the airline and exceptional Inflight experience.Collaborate with training department in developing training programs to uphold and elevate in flight experience on board.Manage the Performance Officers/Inflight Trainer Checkers and Cabin Crew duties, in order to optimize productivity within the operation.Ensure each PO/ITC/Cabin Crew are assessed on their performance as per defined procedure in order to ensure consistency and effectiveness of assessments and to exchange ideas to elevate onboard service standards.Develop and implement service standards, procedures and products on board in coordination with Inflight and Training departments to ensure exceptional service on board.Provide welfare and counselling support to Cabin Crew by assisting with incidents or occurrences of personal or professional nature.Engage with underperformers through F2F discussion and provide feedback to align them with Cabin Service objectives, document and monitor progress.Address behavioral/performance issues and apply appropriate action as per HR policies.Communicate with the team regularly to ensure everyone is aware of company and departmental objectives and each one’s role in achieving them.Provide feedback related to the cabin specs for new aircraft deliveries.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.
