Job Purpose:To direct an in-house team responsible for promoting awareness of WISH locally, regionally and internationally through the development of strategic partnerships and outreach opportunities that generate strong recognition for WISH as a leader in global health. To leverage partnerships to build international events and initiatives as well as local community-based programs. To develop revenue generating sponsorship opportunities in consultation with WISH CEOKey Result Areas:Partnerships’ development – Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with international and local partners to promote the WISH vision and mission. Support the Community & Outreach Manager in the delivery of projects and events that derive from partnerships.Stakeholder outreach development – Enhance stakeholder relationships across Qatar, including with QF centers and directorates, through community-focused programs and initiatives designed for healthcare-related institutions and the broader Qatar community.Communications Strategy development – Working closely with QF Communications to build and develop the existing communications strategy to ensure it is aligned with business needs and uses the range of communication channels available, including online, print, social media, press etc. and develop partnerships. Continuously review strategy and provide quality assurance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Sponsorship Strategy development – Develop a sponsorship strategy in line with WISH objectives and needs and aligned to QF Strategy. Develop commercial partnerships with organizations. Liaise with the Director of Operations on the sponsorship program development and the contractual agreements.Messaging delivery – provide messaging guidance to the CEO, including in the development of their speeches, and supporting the CEO when they are required to represent WISH in public.Project management – In coordination with the Head of Summits, create and own project delivery plans relating to partnerships and outreach-led events and initiatives. Work closely with Head of Business Support to ensure costs are kept within agreed parameters, procurement processes are adhered to and value for money is ensured. Provide regular management reports on progress against the project delivery plan.Oversee the development of communication channels – manage and develop the suite of online and offline communication channels and ensure they provide value for money e.g. TV and satellite broadcasters, PR and publishing houses, international media, WISH website etc.Materials production – oversee the drafting / editing of English articles, press releases, social media, website content and other PR-related material with insight and flair. Ensure messaging is tailored appropriately so it has the highest and most positive impact nationally, regionally and internationallyRevenue generation – In alignment with wider QF sponsorship strategy, lead on production of sponsorship plan and an effective sales offer and material to support sponsorship sales and possible exhibitor sales. Lead on sales activityMinimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Master’s degree in a relevant field & 8 years of relevant full-time work experience in Strategic Communications / Partnerships Management / Commercial strategies, 5 of which at a senior supervisory levelExperience of working within the global healthcare field and / or managing relationships with senior leaders within the global healthcare field is preferredInternational experience, preferably in the Middle East; knowledge of QF an added advantageExcellent strategic and operational efficiency skills, quality focused, capable of leading and managing a small team and contractorsOutstanding time and project management skills; works well under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage productive working relationships with external organizations or contractors and internal delivery partners in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversityExcellent writing skills – ability to draft / edit a variety of written reports and communications and articulate ideas clearly and concisely, Arabic proficiency as a plusProficiency in MS Office applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
